RETURNS POLICY

New Items

ALL returns require you to create a support ticket. You can do this by emailing your order #, all relevant info, and pictures to info@fpvcustom.com. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for a response. 

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the shipping amount to the postal service. If you have a tracking number please let us know what it is, otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund if the package will get lost/delayed in transit.

You should expect to receive your refund after your package has been returned to the shipper. Items must be sealed in their original packaging, otherwise, a restocking fee may be applied. We do not cover the return shipping cost. 

Defective Items

Returns for defective products must take place within 15 days of the delivery date. We cover the return shipping fee for defective items. 

We do not cover refunds for products that stopped working or broke.

Shipping

We ship worldwide! When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Any order is subject to up to 10 business days of a fulfillment period, which does not include shipping timeframes.

FPV Custom does not provide refunds on packages that are experiencing delays in transit. Once we ship your order we no longer have any control over the shipping speeds and delivery timeframes.

The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address prior to completing the purchase. If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address for any reason, please email us as soon as possible before the package is processed and shipped.

We do not cover any import taxes/fees or extra shipping charges that could occur after your order has been shipped.

Prior to checkout please fill out your shipping information using only English keyboard input.
